Weekly access and inspections

Property details, dimensions, costs and up to two interior photos are free to browse. Videos, additional photos and floor-plan images require a weekly access pass costing ₦2,000 for seven days (168 hours) after activation. It does not automatically renew. Active subscribers may request accompanied inspections for a separate ₦4,000 fee per visit. Pay the agent in person at the inspection.

Online checkout is not connected yet. An access request does not charge you or activate a pass. Administrators may activate access after independently confirming payment, or explicitly grant complimentary access. Contributor rewards remain pending; automated payouts and withdrawals are disabled.

Eligible new house contributions earn the configured verification reward after independent in-person approval. Original contributors can earn one additional ₦1,000 pending reward when a house-taken report is independently confirmed. Duplicate, false or unverified reports do not earn rewards.

Contributing a property

You may submit a house location and photo that you are entitled to share for private review. Do not enter private property or take photos without permission. Our verification team must visit and confirm the owner’s authority and permission, availability, costs and measurements before publication. Do not submit duplicate or misleading leads. Our team can decline or withdraw a listing.

Inspections and availability

A viewing request becomes an appointment only after confirmation. Availability can change after a listing was checked. Exact locations and exterior views are withheld from online browsing and coordinated through accompanied inspections.

Property transactions

Spacivo does not collect rent or enter into a tenancy on your behalf during this launch. Review the home, the counterparty’s authority, tenancy documents, charges and receipts before paying anyone. An availability check is not a guarantee of title, structural safety or future services.

Responsible use

Do not scrape or republish private information, impersonate owners, misuse inspection contact details, or attempt to access restricted records. Abuse can lead to restricted access.
