What we collect

Account email and profile information; contributed property details and media; saved properties; inspection requests including your name, phone number and preferences; and staff review records. Authentication uses necessary session cookies.

Public and private information

Only approved interior media, general neighbourhood details, dimensions, descriptions and listed costs are published. Exterior verification photos, exact addresses, coordinates and landlord contacts are restricted to the contributor and authorised staff and approved verification agents. Meeting instructions are shared with the requesting renter after a viewing is confirmed.

Platform agents’ display names and profile photos appear on houses they verify. Their private email addresses and phone numbers are not included in this public profile.

Listing view counts

Opening a public listing adds to its view total. These are page visits, not unique people. Random visit receipts prevent duplicate requests from counting twice. Receipts older than seven days are removed when later views are recorded. They do not contain your name or account identity. Request limits use a server-keyed hash of your network address rather than storing the raw address in the counter records.

Your current position

The map requests location permission only when you choose “Show my position” or “Use my position”. Your position is used in your browser and is not saved to our property database. Google Maps provides the maps. Loading a map shares ordinary network information and the displayed map area with Google. If you show your position, Google Maps also receives it to display the map.

Why we use it

To authenticate accounts, review listings, coordinate inspections, prevent misuse and resolve operational issues. Supabase provides authentication, database and media storage. Subscription access and inspection payment confirmations are recorded privately. Online checkout and automated payouts are not connected yet.

Media safety

Image metadata is removed during processing. Public media is reviewed for identifying details. Do not upload identity documents, tenancy documents containing personal information, or photos of people without permission.

Your choices

You can remove saved homes, cancel pending inspections and withdraw contributed listings from your account. For account access, correction or deletion requests, email abhuluimendestiny@gmail.com. Identity and record-retention requirements may need to be checked before a request can be fulfilled.
